Art 24. Información necesaria para la Compañía
24.1 El titular del seguro y / o el asegurado estarán obligados a comunicar a la Compañía cualquier cobertura de viaje o de gastos médicos o cualquier cobertura similar con otra compañía de seguro, una compañía afiliada, inclusive.
24.2 El titular del seguro y / o el asegurado estarán obligados además a notificar a la Compañía sobre - y a suministrarle a la misma - todas las informaciones asequibles y necesarias para la tramitación, por parte de la Compañía, de las reclamaciones presentadas por el asegurado.
24.3 Así mismo, la Compañía se reservaré el derecho de conseguir información sobre el estado de salud del asegurado y de dirigirse a cualquier hospital, médico etc que atienda o haya atendido al asegurado por enfermedades o trastornos físicos o psíquicos. La Compañía se reservará además, el derecho de obtener cualquier historial médico u otros informes escritos sobre el estado de salud del asegurado.
